    Called 2 weeks before my sisters bday. Gave them enough notice to create a bouquet of her fav flower HYDRANGEAS. They delivered a mix with no hydrangeas. Shes dying if cancer and this will be her last bday to be alive. I called Jaggards to complain. They showed no remorse but instead said that they were going to her house to take her flowers back. Very unethical, unprofessional , sick individuals to do this to a dying g woman. BEWARE!
